The Administrator Database is one of the three free databases that you get when you use one of the subscription databases. The Administrator Database gives you the ability to manage people that are going to help you manage any of the Databases you subscribe to.
People
You can create Admins and Super Admins.
Super Admin
A Super Admin can create ana manage other Super Admins and Admins, as well as do all the work of an Admin.
Admin
An Admin is restricted to just working on the Database they have been given access to
Owner
There is also, of course, the Owner of the database.
Someone had to register with Journey and create their Kōkua account.
Having done so they then had to create their Hui, from there they create the Databases they wanted, and have the same rights in that Database as a SuperAdmin. They have one extra right that the SuperAdmin does not have, they can never be deleted.

Db Access is how we assign an Admin to a Database.
You will see all the Admins and Super Admins, you will see all the Databases, and you can click on who gets assigned to what.
It will take a few passes to get the right combinations.
You can delete any mistakes you make.
When you assign a person to a database they get an email informing them of their new jobs.
