- When creating a reservation as an admin, no vehicles show up, we want this to reflect the 'can work' groups.
- However for repairs, we need to show all vehicles, so we need some way of differentiating.
- The fuel options are not in order.
- Miles/kms is not being recorded
- km rate is not being recorded.
- BIG CODING ISSUE around departments
