Kōkua does not have a lot to do, a Kōkua generally does all their work in other sections.

  • Public/Private
    • Public,
      • Kōkua is available for work and will be shown on random pages.
      • Ohana, is available to receive Kōkua and will be shown on random pages.
      • Kula, is available to receive Kōkua and will be shown on random pages.
      • Hui, is available to receive Kōkua and will be shown on random pages.
    • Private
      • Kōkua, is unavailable for work, will not be shown on random pages.
      • Ohana, is unavailable to receive Kōkua, will not be shown on random pages.
      • Kula, is unavailable to receive Kōkua, will not be shown on random pages.
      • Hui, is unavailable to receive Kōkua, will not be shown on random pages.
  • Searchable/Unsearchable
    • Searchable, Kōkua, Ohana, Kula, Hui, can be found when searched for. In the case of Kōkua, they can only ever be searched for if someone is logged in.
    • Unsearchable, Kōkua, Ohana, Kula, Hui, can not be found. If they are also public, someone can go to their profile in they know the ID #.
  • Active/Inactive
    • Active, Kōkua, Ohana, Kula, Hui, not really using this yet.
    • Inactive, Kōkua, Ohana, Kula, Hui, not really using this yet.
  • Open/Closed
    • Open,
      • Kōkua, does not do anything.
      • Ohana, any one can join.
      • Kula, any one can join.

  • Emails: Internal Only/Also External
    • At this time we do not have an email system in Journey. This is something we had in a previous version, and need to reinstate in this version.
    • Internal: a Kōkua can send an email to another Kōkua, the email only ever appears in Journey.
    • External: a Kōkua can send an email to another Kōkua, the email is also sent externally to the Kōkua's email address.
