Building Super, they are assigned to the day to day maintenance of builds, A bit different than having a Maintenance System, a Building Manager is a little bit more responsible to just getting the work done and keeping buildings in a good shape.

I have broken down Housing into the following areas to make sure I can cover a large location or a small one. You only need to use what you want.
Campus, a physical location, you could have more than one Campus.
Buildings, buildings in a Campus could be dorms, classrooms, a suite of rooms.
Apartments, in a Building or as stand-alone buildings themselves.


Rooms, in a Building or Apartment.

Chattels, in a Room, Apartment, or Building. Things like fridges, air-cons, beds, whatever you want to track. they can have the receipt attached to them from when they were purchased. they can have a record of where they have been used and when and what repairs have been done to them.

The Housing Database is one of the three free databases that you get when you use one of the subscription databases. Housing gives you the ability to manage a list of Campuses that can have Buildings that can have Rooms that can have Chattels. It can also manage Apartments. The idea is to give you the flexibility to manage the housing you have whether you are a farm with a House, a Bunk House, or in Hawaii a Lanai.

This can work for a small location or a multi-building campus.

These Buildings then can use used in the Maintenance Database and the Accommodation database.
