Repairer
A Repairer work in the Maintenance Database, repairing things as needed, and via WorkSlips.
Purchaser
A Purchaser purchases what is needed for Maintenance. Receipts can be recorded within the system, either as a Purchase or as a Chattle back in to the Housing Database.

Work Slip
We are thinking of getting rid of the Maintenace Resource as a WorkSlip would be able to cover this function.
Purchase
Not yet created, but this will be where the Purchaser records purchases that do not end up in the Housing database. This could cover things like incidentals, tools, and equipment.

This will help you keep a track of your Tools if you want to assign them to WorkSlips and Repairers.
You can also use this to keep track of a Warranty on a tool.
