When you are part of a Hui, as a Worker or with a Subscription, you have a Profile.

There are areas in your Profile that you can view, and others that you can edit.

If you are a Worker there are Work Functions you can create, edit and maintain.

If you have a subscription you can see history and activities.

Departments

Departments is one of the three free Databases so you can use any of the other Databases seamlessly.

While it is not necessary to have any kind of person as a Leader or Staff of a Department, this may be a thing that later becomes useful. The main purpose of the Departments Database is to be able to create Things called Departments. Then these Things can be used in any other Database to help manage activities.

Leader

Leads a Department, there can be more than one.

Co-Leader

Co-Leads a Department, there can be more than one.

Staff

Staff in a Department, there can be more than one.

Intern

Interns in a Department, there can be more than one.

Administrator

Administrators get to control all databases at the Admin Level. That can create Alpha(People), Resources(Trips, Subscriptions...) & Things (Departments, Vehicles, PO Boxes...).

SuperAdmin

All the rights of a Database, just like an owner, but can not create or delete other Super Admin. Only an Owner can do that. A Super Admin can delete themselves. Super Admin can create Admin.

Admin

All the rights of a Database, except the ability to create other Admin or Super Admin. Only an Owner or a Super Admin can do that. AnAdmin can delete themselves.
